A football match has been organized between Leeds Fans Remembrance and a Simon Grayson 11 at Garforth Town on Sunday 7th March 13:00.
Simon has the following players confirmed: -
Simon Grayson, Glynn Snodin, Ian Miller, Andy Beasley, John Sheridan, Tommy Wright, Andy Ritchie, Brendan Ormsby, Anthony McGrath, Andrew Gale and Martyn Moxon
We hope to have a few more celebrities to add to his team.
The Leeds Fans Remembrance 11 is made up of committee members, people who have taken part in previous events and their friends.
We aim to play the first 45mins and then we would like to open this invite out to any football players who would like to take part.
There will be a cost of £100 per man to play in this match.
We will be charging an entrance fee of £5 for adults and £2 for children.
I hope that you can all make this football match so that we can raise as much money as possible for candle lighters and help us reach our goal of 100K.

Good morning,
my name is michael brown and im really enquiring about the charity match involving a simon grayson 11 against the Leeds United Rememberance….i want to play in this match, however i will sadly be unable to make up the funds required to play, but i am willing to give as much as i can get, even if i have to be sponsored by my firends to make up the £100 required to play. I play up front as a striker, but will play anyway if need be…please can you get back to me regarding whether i would be able to play or not.
Thank you
Michael Brown

Marching on together.
Michael apologies but i already have more than 2 team of players wanting to play in this game so i am closing this now and will be picking from the players who responded first.
ok mate, thanks anyway, keep doing what your doing and i am pretty sure you will almost certainly hit that target of yours!
Good morning,
I am a mature student journalist at Leeds Trinity University College and if possible would like to do a video story on the charity match to go on a university news bulletin. This would involve filming on the day using a video camera and hopefully getting a short interview( around 30 seconds) with someone involved in the occasion.
In return, i will make a personal donation of £10 to the charity and will also put the link to the charity on my facebook page. I will also the run the story on my blog, with the link to the charity to try and create more exposure.
i will be attending the game anyway, but if you could get back to me as soon as possible to let me know if i can produce a film i would be grateful.
Regards
Neville Copley
Hi,
I am an amatuer photographer and will be attending the charity game at Garforth on Sunday.
I will be submitting the photos I take to LLL magazine, Garforth Town & YEP & wondered if you would you like a copy of the pictures I take free of charge and copyright free to use in any way you wish.
Just let me know a name and address of where to post a disc with the photos on & if you could let me have contact details of the person organising the event for you.
Kind regards,
Colin Boxshall
